Meet the CEO, Ella Howard Makeup Enthusiast, Skincare Consultant and Beauty Boss
I discovered the gift of learning how to properly apply beauty enhancements at age 40. I have always taken pride in taking care of my canvas (skin). However, after having my eyebrows over waxed, I found myself on YouTube, searching for videos on “how to fill in brows”. From there, I became fascinated with a series of videos that included how to apply foundation, eyeshadow and more! The more I practiced, the better I became. Oh boy! Not only did I discover an untapped gift, I found it to be therapeutic!
A few years later, I was asked to assist with makeovers for a group of women in public housing! Imposter syndrome set in immediately and I asked, why me? Then a small voice responded, “why not you”! I presented with the intentions of changing the lives of others, but the reality is, my life was changed! Makeup is not just makeup! Makeup is not just a beauty enhancement! Makeup is not just artistry! Makeup is a Ministry, promoting positive self-image through beauty enhancements. Makeup can change the way we see ourselves and boost our self-esteem. It is no cliché, when we look better, we feel better; and when we feel better, we perform at our BEST!
